Terms & Conditions — 1jjj Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1jjj.cam ("1jjj", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of all services, products, content and features made available through the website located at https://1jjj.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise accessing the Platform, you confirm that:

1. You have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
2. You meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 4 of these Terms;
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
4. All information provided during registration is accurate, complete and current.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of any part of 1jjj constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Jurisdiction & Legal Status

1jjj operates under a licence issued by the relevant authority in its operating jurisdiction. The Platform does not claim to be regulated, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, any Pakistani provincial government, or any financial institution operating in Pakistan, including but not limited to the State Bank of Pakistan, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.

References to payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and domestic bank transfers — are provided for contextual user-experience purposes only. Such references do not imply that those providers endorse, facilitate or support gambling transactions on behalf of 1jjj.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and on their own initiative. 1jjj makes no representation that the Platform and its content are appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Access to the Platform may be restricted or blocked in certain territories.

4 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on 1jjj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 1jjj strictly prohibits underage gambling. Age will be verified during the KYC process, and Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately closed and any funds returned in accordance with applicable law.

Being 18 years of age does not automatically make gambling lawful in your location. Pakistani users must satisfy themselves independently that their participation is permissible under applicable local law.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Registering multiple Accounts ("duplicate Accounts") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 1jjj reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds and review any winnings for confiscation in accordance with its anti-fraud policy.

4.3 Restricted Territories

Residents or citizens of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law are not eligible to register. It is the User's responsibility to determine the applicable laws of their jurisdiction prior to registration. 1jjj may update its list of restricted territories at any time.

4.4 No Gambling Addiction

You confirm that you are not knowingly suffering from a gambling disorder or addiction, and that you are not registered on any self-exclusion programme at the time of registration. If you are currently self-excluded from any gambling operator, you must not register an Account on 1jjj.

5 Account Registration

To create an Account, you must complete the registration process accurately and honestly. You agree to provide:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on official identity documents;
• A valid email address that you own and control;
• A secure password of sufficient complexity;
• Your date of birth;
• Any additional information requested during the KYC process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility, whether or not carried out by you personally.

1jjj reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

6 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations and licensing requirements, 1jjj operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. You may be required to provide identity and address verification documents before:

• Processing any withdrawal request;
• Exceeding defined deposit or activity thresholds;
• As part of a periodic review of your Account;
• When 1jjj has reasonable grounds to request verification.

Acceptable identity documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may be required in the form of a utility bill, bank statement or equivalent document no older than three months.

1jjj will not process withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

7 Deposits & Withdrawals

7.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by 1jjj at the time of the transaction, as displayed in the Account cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are published in the cashier section. Deposits are typically credited to your Account Balance promptly, though processing times may vary by payment method and provider.

1jjj does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposited funds must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits will be returned and may result in Account suspension.

7.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where operationally possible;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as published in the cashier section;
• Processing times vary by payment method — internal processing targets are published in your Account panel.

7.3 Currency

Account Balances and transactions are displayed in the currency selected at registration. Where transactions are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), any applicable currency conversion fees are the User's responsibility. Illustrative amounts referenced in promotional materials (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome offer, PKR 1,000 minimum deposit) are for informational context only — actual limits are confirmed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and related offers ("Promotions") are subject to the specific terms published with each Promotion at the time it is offered, in addition to the following general conditions:

• Promotions are available to eligible, verified Account holders only;
• Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds or Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Bonus Funds will expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period;
• 1jjj reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any Promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable;
• Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated;
• Abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies or syndicated bonus exploitation — will result in forfeiture of bonus amounts and may result in Account closure.

Wagering weights vary by game category. Slots typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise. Live casino, table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution tables are published with each Promotion.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

9.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on 1jjj are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market or game type, as published on the Platform at the time of the bet. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game or sport rules, the specific rules shall prevail for that game or market.

9.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournament matches, football, UFC and other events — are offered subject to the following:

• Odds are subject to change prior to the settlement of a bet and may be updated in real time during live/in-play markets;
• 1jjj's decision on the settlement of a bet is final, subject to the formal dispute process;
• Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Account Balance;
• References to cricket events (PSL, ICC) are sporting context only — 1jjj has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team.

9.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino games, slot titles and live dealer games are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages displayed on the Platform are illustrative ranges provided for informational purposes only. Actual RTP may vary by session, game version and jurisdiction settings.

9.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sports bet, 1jjj will conduct a review and apply the most equitable resolution available. Bets affected by system errors may be voided at 1jjj's discretion. 1jjj is not liable for losses arising from technical failures caused by User hardware, network conditions or third-party software.

10 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the Platform:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or algorithms to place bets or exploit games;
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported immediately to support;
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, collusion or any other fraudulent financial activity;
• Attempting to circumvent geolocation or access restrictions using VPNs, proxies or similar tools;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 1jjj staff or other users;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers;
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Detection of prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and may result in referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations and software — is the property of 1jjj or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software on the Platform;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels or marks.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjj excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Platform and your use of it. In particular:

• 1jjj does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform;
• 1jjj is not responsible for losses arising from User reliance on information published on the Platform;
• 1jjj is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• 1jjj's total liability to you in any given dispute shall not exceed the value of funds held in your Account at the time the dispute arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 1jjj's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13 Responsible Gambling

1jjj is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. We recognise that gambling can cause harm to some individuals and we take our responsibilities seriously.

The following tools are available to all registered Account holders:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on deposits;
• Loss Limits — Cap the amount you can lose over a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders — Receive alerts after a defined play period;
• Cooling-Off Period — Temporarily suspend Account access;
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently block access; no re-registration during exclusion period.

14 Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 1jjj support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals and KYC verification must be completed. Real-Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via an eligible payment method following any required verification checks.

14.2 Termination by 1jjj

1jjj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in prohibited activities as defined in Section 10;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering or match-fixing;
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences and permissions granted under these Terms will immediately cease. Bonus Funds and pending Promotions will be forfeited. Real-Money Funds may be returned subject to the outcome of any investigation.

15 Amendments

1jjj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

16 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 1jjj holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
